Oh hi, it’s been a while. I’m terribly excited about two of the fall trends; bold lips & bold brows, which obviously forms the inspiration for this FOTD. I’m still very hesitant to rock a full on vampy lip colour, I don’t think I have the personality for it, to be honest. I replaced a vampy, maroon-ish lip colour that I wish I could rock with a dark raspberry shade, which I think I can wear comfortably. Bold brows, obviously, were easier to wear.
This was my first tryst with Hourglass eyeshadows, as well. Surprisingly, I was not very impressed but I think its safe to say that I am in the minority. I did a cat-eye with the shadows, with smokey effect on the lids going on. It is, of course, completed with full, exaggerated brows. The base, is clean, minimal with a bit of contouring. The raspberry lip completes the look.

Ooh, I love this, Shivani! Especially the understated eye look. I think you could definitely rock a vampy lip though, girl! Just practice
