Make Up For Ever Aqua Shadow in 28 E is a pretty popular beige that looks good on anyone. You may already own and love the shade in a different formulation. Like the girl who loves to drink up and put up a show in every party you have been to this colour has been around (pun intended). But unlike that girl who’ll get knocked up in a few days and disappear for good (Snooki, I am talking to you, babe) this one will forever be around and thank heavens for that, because it is such a pretty neutral.
While this colour has already been done to death in every other eyeshadow formulation out there, what I do appreciate about MUFE Aqua Shadows is that they are easy and effortless. It is a lazy/busy girl’s bestie. Are you the obnoxious girl who does her make up on the bus? Or in the parking lot? (Shivani, I am talking to you!) Then this is what you need. Just pat this on and blend with fingers and boom, you are done! This also blends fabulously with other shadows (I love to use this one with Maybelline Color Tattoo in Bad to the Bronze!).
I do have issues with its staying prowess – I am not overly impressed. I get 3-4 hours and this rubs rather easily, too. Nothing a good primer can’t fix, but it gives a rather average stay on the lids. Pigmentation is just about ok, nothing to go gaga over, but I honestly can not complain. There was no particular creasing, uneven fading or other unpleasant experience with these.
Overall thoughts: Make Up For Ever Aqua Shadow in 28 E is a pretty and popular beige. What makes it worthwhile for you to have it in your stash in this formulation is the ease of use. But keep in mind the average stay on the lids.
