Before I start this review, I have to tell you that this is my “it” lipstick for spring. It is just too darn perfect – in every sense of the word, really! I am in love with the colour, the texture and the wear of the formula. Bite Beauty Luminous Creme Lipstick in Rose ($24 Cdn) has won me over!
What I really love about it is, is the creaminess of the formula which feels like gel moments after you apply. The formula is super pigmented, and goes on fully opaque. The longevity of the wear is also remarkable, it stays as is for 2-3 hours and then settles into a gorgeous stain. However, it does leave out some bold lipstick marks on the cups and such, not a pretty sight! It also has a very pleasant taste to it, like a very mild candy.
The thing I am absolutely smitten by is, of course, the colour. It is simply gorgeous. The most flattering peachy-pink ever. I can see myself wearing this all the freaking time this spring – oh wait, I am kind of, already!
Overall thoughts: I freaking heart this lipstick! The formula is ultra creamy, long lasting and highly pigmented. I definitely want to explore more of Bite Beauty after this.
I like these too! But they are so soft I have to be careful. I don’t know-maybe I’m a bit rough on my lipsticks haha! This shade is perfect on you Shivani!
