Annabelle Smudgepaints ($10.95) are well, something else! I have never come across such a product. These are eyeliners, eye paints, and overall, fabulous little helping hands for a killer smokey and cat eye! I personally am all over their gooey texture; these are so soft! Needless to say, these apply smooth. Considering these are also eye paints and meant to be smudged, they better, right? I love them as a gel-liner, the colour is vibrant, applies smooth and stays put for a good work day. As a shadow, it is kind of difficult to apply as an all over lid colour, but does work fantastically in the crease. All of the shades are dark, however, so not many of us would want them as all over lid colours in the first place, I reckon. The packaging is fantastic! Usually even higher end gel liners come with forgettable brushes, but this one has a steady built in one, which offers amazing control on the liners. A cat-eye is as easy as 1-2-3 with its brush. Overall, I think these are quite neat. I love them as an eyeliner and though, not perfect as the paint, it is by no means bad either. The pigmentation is to die for, application is smooth…now how much more convincing do you need? Do check them out next time at the drugstore!
