MuLondon Organic Rose, Rosehip & Rosemary Moisturizer
Have you ever heard of MuLondon? Well if you haven’t yet, you must know about it now. It is a one man company which believes is providing quality organic and vegan moisturizers at very reasonable prices. I was given the opportunity to try the MuLONDON Organic Rose, Rosehip & Rosemary moisturizer (19 British Pounds for 60 mL) and I can honestly say I have met a lifelong friend in it. As you may know, I live in Canada and have irrationally dry skin which throws a tantrum if it doesn’t like what’s applied to it. I did have a holy grail moisturizer in Philosophy Hope in a Jar (which I admit, I still love), but sometimes during the winter months, my skin does crave more moisture. (If you have ever lived by the Rockies, you’ll know what I mean. Prairies in winters does no good for your skin).
Now coming back to this one, right here. I have used this moisturizer for about a month and I honestly feel I’ll buy this … let’s just say for a long time. Why I like it? Well simply because it is therapuetic. Especially if your skin has been drenched out of moisture for years and it is on the dry skin. It is almost like a face butter because it is so rich and condensed. A little goes a long way and after a month or so of use, I have barely used 1/5th of the tiny jar. Also, it can work in the other way as well because if you put on a lot, your face can look umm…oily or at least over moisturized. A little is all you need, really. And even though it is packed with moisturizing elements, even layering it on my skin did not break me out. I would credit that to the ingredients being organic and natural. To me, that was the best thing about this moisturizer; despite being so rich, it did not break me out. I have been bothered with a pre mature wrinkle on my forehead (an eleven), granted it was premature and weak, but it has almost disappeared. I guess it was because of the lack of moisture in skin, but you will understand when I say that this moisturizer has been a boon for my skin. But the sweetest part about this moisturizer, to me is the smell. God, it just smells of divine sweet roses. It is just THAT good.
Overall, I think it is a god sent really nice moisturizer. But since my skin is still young, I feel hesitant to use this every day twice. It does make an excellent night cream for the younger lot. Someone like my mom can easily use this twice a day. Speaking of, she tried a bit, and ORDERED me to get one for her and yes, I did buy her one
So the fact that I have already purchased another one for my mom, says a lot, doesn’t it? For me, it has been a really good find and I highly recommend this to people with dry skin, those who live in dry climates and have sensitive skin overall. I’m sure you will love it.

I’ve tried the lavender, but I felt like the moisture was a little too much for me… I may try the hemp sometime soon!

I wanted to try the Lavender for my second try, but my mom was like NOOO I want the Rose. Again, I understand, it is very rich. But I have struggled with lack of moisture for a long time now. Either something is not moisturizing enough or if it is, it also breaks me out. That’s why I love it so much, its just one of those things that are great for people who live in really cold climate. It does go till -40 degree Celsius in my hometown, you know? Add to that drying winds and heating.

Well the fact that my mom demanded, literally YELLED get me this ASAP after first try says a lot, right? It is really wonderful. Seattle and Vancouver are still really moist compared to Calgary, but I have been using this now and it has done great things for my skin so far. Like Jen said, the smell is AMAZING.

its so damn good ..
i have comb. to oily skin but my mom has terrible dry skin and am going to buy this for sure ….
as it is winters are approaching and its good time to gift her something like this
She will absolutely love it. If your skin is on the oily side, I don’t think it is the best product for you. MuLondon does have some meant for oily skin, but they are sooo rich. I think these are best suited for normal/dry skin. You should totally get it for your mom, she will be happy to use it, I promise

I recently purchased this and am about to start using it. It was great to hear that it did not cause pimples as I was worried.

You know that’s one thing I absolutely loved about it. Even though it is so RICH, it does not break you out. I guess because the ingredients are all natural and organic. Let me know how you like it
